Like humans, animals have many methods of locomotion. We get from place to place by walking, running, flying on airplanes and driving in cars. Some of us use other methods to move around such as wheelchairs, scooters, bicycles and walkers. Animals too have a variety of ways to get where they need to go! Animals swim, glide, dig, slither, climb, jump and hop. They move for many reasons such as to find food and to escape predators. We will meet Animal Ambassadors representing different methods of locomotion such as an Alligator Snapping turtle, a Eurasian Eagle owl or a Lovebird, a Green Tree Frog, a Sinaloan Milk Snake and a Rabbit.

Zumba is one of the hottest fitness trends and we're taking these dance moves to the pool! This fitness class integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness. Join us for splashing, stretching, twisting, and even shouting and laughing. Sign up in the fitness center. For $30 you will be registered for 10 classes. *Must be Fitness Center Member to participate.

Join Reverend David Rowe for these interactive, spiritual discussions where we review Biblical stories and discuss how they relate to our lives today. All are welcome to attend and participate in this thought-provoking class.

Environmentalist Russell Brenneman will discuss the importance of climate change and its impacts on our lives.

Founded by Larry Aldrich in 1964, The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum is dedicated to fostering the work of innovative artists whose interpretations of the world around us serve as a platform to encourage creative thinking.
