WARNING: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO YOU OR PEOPLE AROUND YOU.
Read the operation manual or watch the instruction video before using this machine.
Warning: Batteries emit flammable hydrogen gas. Never smoke near the machine when charging. Keep flames and sparks away when charging. Always charge in a well ventilated area.
Battery acid is poisonous and can cause severe burns. If you get battery acid on your skin or in your eyes, flush with cold water for 15 minutes. If swallowed, drink large amounts of milk or water. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately.
Always wear eye protection, rubber gloves, and protective equipment when you are around battery acid.

Pad drivers — Rinse and hang to dry after each use.
Solution strainer — Check and clean if dirty.
Recovery Tank — Rinse until clean.
Battery Charger — Recharge batteries after every use.
Squeegee Assembly — Remove and clean. Replace blades if worn.
Check batteries — Look under every cap; there are three cells in a battery and you have to fill each cell. Add distilled water until the water level is about one-half inch from the top. Cover the plates inside the battery but leave an air gap between the water level and the battery fill holes.
Battery Tray Drain Hose — Check the battery tray drain hose. Caution: Contains battery acid. Dispose according to local and federal regulations.
Terminals and Connections — Tighten any loose battery terminals or cable connections.
Solution Flow — Check the solution flow to the floor.
Solution Tank — Mix 8 ounces (250 ml) of vinegar with one gallon (4L) of warm water. Flush the solution tank and hoses.
Inspect Casters and Drive Wheel — Check casters and drive wheel for wear or damage.
Lubrication Axle and Wheel — Grease the drive axle and caster swivels with a white lithium grease.
Tighten Connections — Tighten any loose bolts, screws or nuts.
Clean Machine — Clean the machine with a general purpose cleaner.
Equalize the batteries — After the machine is fully charged, unplug the charger from the wall and charge the machine again. The battery charger should run for about two hours. NOTE: This step is for wet batteries only. If your batteries are sealed AGM batteries, you do not need to do this step.
Vacuum Motor Filter — Clean or replace vacuum motor filter.
Inspect the brush motor carbon brushes — Replace the carbon brushes if they are less than 1/2” long. Motor damage will occur if carbon brushes wear down too much.
Service — Contact your authorized service center for this task.
