These instructions are for the Warranty Parts Return power point presentation. Please read through before printing this presentation.

After opening the power point presentation go to “Slide Show”, then “Custom Shows”.

“Custom Shows” is used to design and create smaller presentations from the full presentation. Click on “New” and “define” the presentation by naming it. Then highlight the slides you want in the presentation and click on “add”.

The “Custom Shows” shows 6 different variations of this presentation:Market Team Presentation – This is the full presentation of the following:QEC Facility – This contains slides on the QEC and pictures of rejected returns.Ops Guidelines & WPPM – This contains material from the Ops Guidelines and

Warranty Policy & Procedures Manual.Parts Disposition Process – This contains a pictorial on the Parts Disposition

process.NewsChannel Announcements – This contains key announcements on warranty parts

returns.Dealer Presentation – This presentation has been designed for the dealer and has

been set-up as the default presentation whenever it is opened.

To print any of the variations, go to File, then Print and click on the drag down arrow next to “Custom Shows”. .

Select the presentation, change number of copies if more than one is needed, then click OK

Whenever possible, locate and print on a color printer due to the number of pictures.
