Master Site – Tank Battery

2 Repeater Site Recommended WiringThe LINK and Discrete 1 Output from the SR900R are wired in series to drive auxiliary relay R1 as well as the input to the Repeater SR900T.

Relay R1-1 NO Contacts can be used for pump enable at this site.

Knowledge BaseRemote Site Radio ReplacementSwap out existing radio with new replacement using the pre-programmed spare unit, keeping in mind the existing wiring. If replacing with a new unit, the unit will have to be keyed to the repeater SR900T radio. Units can be ordered pre-pro-grammed by providing the SR900T unit ID or keyed in the field.

Master Site Radio ReplacementSwap out existing radio with the new replacement, keeping in mind the existing wiring. Any remote units connecting to this radio will have to be re-keyed in order to establish RF link.

Field Procedure for Keying Radio*Note:The following to be carried out in non-hazardous environments only. Follow all safety procedures and consultdocumentation as necessary.

If a new SR900R is required to be keyed in the field, or the SR900T unit has been replaced, follow the steps below to establish RF link.

1. Obtain key for SR900T, spare key is supplied with the unit. If the key has been misplaced, the unit contains a key internally. Using a small screwdriver, carefully push the plastic tabs under the terminal connectors. Slide out the top of the unit from the case. The key will have an ID number written on the side matching the ID on the plastic housing of the SR900T unit.

2. Open the SR900R using the same instructions as above. Use the key supplied/obtained from the SR900T unit and carefully place it on the header on the bottom right side of the circuit board. Apply power to SR900R unit. The unit will flash RF LED. Programming is now complete. Disconnect power to the unit and obtain the key. Slide the unit back into the housing. The key can be placed back in the SR900T unit or aside for safekeeping. Rewire SR900R unit and test as required.
