Task 8.1 Communication and dissemination strategy (leader

SINERGIE)

1) Definition of the project visual identity: in the first three months of the project the visual identity have been developed by

SINERGIE. The official MAESTRI logo has been realized and official

templates for communication created according to this. The templates have been implemented for deliverables, meeting

minutes, register of attendances, official presentations, training

materials, leaflets, newsletters.

All communication templates

are available on BSCW

2) Definition of target groups: each partner have been asked to

provide a mailing list of relevant stakeholders, specifying the typology and the motivation for their involvement (in order to

differentiate the information provided to them in accordance with

their interests).

3) Delineate a communication strategy: a detailed strategy has

been provided at M3, documented in D8.1 “Communication &

dissemination strategy”, submitted at M3.

Task 8.2 Website (leader FIT)

The official project website has been created by FIT and is visible

at http://maestri-spire.eu

Website contents have been revised by all partners and following

the suggestions of all some improvements have been added:

- adjustments on partners' descriptions

- addition of a 'twitter' widget to synchronize the website with the

twitter discussions related to MAESTRI

Comments of the Project Officer:

1. The EU emblem should link to

2. All beneficiaries websites should link to the MAESTRI website

3. At every reporting period, the PO needs a picture of website

statistics

Task 8.2 Website (leader FIT)

Comments of the Project Officer:

4. the website should not just be about raising awareness of

MAESTRI in the rest of the world but also about being attentive of

what is going on around. It would make much sense that the news

section would include a regularly updated living technology

watch zone as gathering data and knowledge pertinent to the project objectives and business at large, could likely contribute to

confer a competitive advantage as potential decisions during the

course of the project will be certainly more reality-based. This zone

has to include links to policy and business news, relevant events,

technical/scientific articles, patents, standards, similar projects in

EU/world, etc.

Future work:

1) In order to answer to the PO comments, shall we create a

BLOG section in the MAESTRI website?

2) ISQ and SINERGIE have to update the website contents. Is it

possible to have a website manager account?

3) Is the website monitored with Google Analytics or similar tools?

4) We should start creating a newsletter (it is needed also for T8.4)

is managed mainly by IZNAB, who provides almost daily tweets

and is largely involved in the post contents creation, and

SINERGIE, who follow monitoring activities and integration in the

whole dissemination strategy. The Official twitter page is

https://twitter.com/MaestriH2020

So far, the twitter page achieved the following performances:

- 356 tweets (posts)

Following the suggestions of SPIRE we use the tag/hashtag

@SPIRE2030, #SPIRE2030) in projects’ communication through

social media, as well as other relevant links, such as: @EU_H2020;

@Cefic; @SusChem; among others. The hashtag’s (#) recommended to use for the MAESTRI communication are:

#Innovation; #Manufacturing; #SmartFactories;

#IndustrialSymbiosis; #Lean; #IoT; #LCA; and #Sustainability.

As the website has been launched, an increase on the posts to

the social media is expected in the next period in order to share

websites contents and updates.
