My husband and I have been dealing with Jeremy withrespect to an accident that occurred in December. I foundthe accident, although no one was injured, quiteupsetting. We would very much appreciate if you wouldrecognize Jeremy for ‘going to bat for us’.

After the accident, the women who hit me changed herstory, and Jeremy was so professional, helpful andencouraging. He also spent the additional time speakingwith Unifund, and they have decided that we are notgoing to have our insurance affected with an ‘at fault’record.

Very rarely do you find someone with such dedication tothose being served. In what I would think can be a careerrequiring exceptional people skills, the ability to listen, andthe willingness to defend one side of an accident, Jeremyis brilliant.

You may not remember, but I had contacted you when adrunk driver plowed through my fence and knocked downseveral trees. It was an ICBC claim but I was told to reportit to you, too.

Working in the service industry myself l always make apoint of trying to find out who the next person is abovethe individual I am dealing with, in this case I was dealingwith Maureen and I believe you are her supervisor. All toooften this is purely for complaints, but in this case I reallywant to sing Maureen’s praises. My basement suiterecently got flooded out and after having talked to anumber of parties mentioning “clauses in the insurance” Iwas worried out of my mind!!. Then came Maureen :)

Maureen was very calm and although never committedherself or made any promises to me, her kind manorinstantly put me at ease. I received the insurance payout for the fire that was in myhouse. During this claim you were so helpful in explainingthe process, answering questions and concerns. Our family had an unfortunate incident during theHurricane Dorian and our home was flooded anddestroyed allot of items in our basement. This storm alsocaused allot of damage for many other people andbusinesses. Although it was an incredibly busy time forclaim adjusters, I just wanted to say that Charles alwaystook time to explain the process, answer my calls and givethe exceptional service we expected.

He has continued this great service all through the processas we repaired our home and replaced lost items. Manytimes we take the time to complain about poor service butwe never take the time to acknowledge someone whodoing an exceptional job. In this case we were pleasedwith Charles who even took time outside company hoursto deliver a cheque to me to start process replace lostitems. This is going above and beyond in my opinion.
