BIATAIN™ - IBU FOAM DRESSING WITH IBUPROFEN

Six out of ten venous leg ulcer patients suffer from persistent wound pain and similar trends are seen for other chronic wounds. For those individuals who often experience appetite loss, sleep disturbance, depression and social isolation, a breakthrough in the form of a new foam dressing with sustained release of ibuprofen can provide welcome relief.

A world first, BiatainTM Ibu is the only dressing that can minimize both pain during dressing change and persistent pain, while promoting moist wound healing. By delivering a very small amount of ibuprofen (the equivalent of ¼ of a 200 mg tablet) directly to the wound, the pain is minimized at its source. There is no observed systemic effect. Therefore, BiatainTM Ibu was approved and is widely used as a dressing (it is not classified as a drug product and does not require a prescription). BiatainTM Ibu can eliminate the need for oral pain medication, which can have side-effects or may not always be effective.

BIATAIN™ Ag (CONTREET™) FOAM ANTIMICROBIAL DRESSING WITH SILVER Delayed healing, abnormal granulation tissue, excessive odour or exudate are possible signs of local infection. Optimal healing cannot be achieved unless bacterial load is controlled.Silver has been shown to be effective against a broad range of bacteria, including MRSA and VRE. It is critical that all the silver in a dressing is not released into the wound in a short period, but slowly over a number of days.1

Terms and Sales PolicyEffective 06/01/2008

ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PRICE: This price list supersedes all previous price lists. Coloplast Canada reserves the right to revise prices at any time. However, we do attempt to provide the trade with reasonable notification of any changes.

TERMS: Net 30 Days from invoice date to the date payment is post-marked (excluding C.O.D. and Visa/MC orders). Discounts are calculated on net invoice amount, less any credits, excluding shipping and handling charges. No cash discounts will be honoured on remittance postmarked after 10 days from invoice date. No shipments will be released to accounts past due. If payment is not received when due, the invoice is subject to a monthly service charge equal to one and a half percent (1 1/2%) of the unpaid balance.

MINIMUM ORDER: Orders less than $250 are subject to freight charges and a $25 handling charge.

SHIPPING: Prices are F.O.B. Coloplast Warehouses. Coloplast Canada Corporation pays for ground transportation charges on all orders of net $250 or more to destinations in Canada. No freight will be added on backorders. Orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice. When special handling is requested, the cost of the special service will be added to the invoice. Orders of less than $250 will be shipped prepaid and freight added to the invoice.

SHIPMENT VERIFICATION: Any discrepancy in the quantity billed and the quantity received resulting from damage (concealed or otherwise), shortages, overages, or wrong product, must be reported to Coloplast Customer Service within 15 days of the date a shipment is received. Any discrepancy reported after 15 days requires Coloplast Management authorization for credit. We will not provide proof of shipment delivery after 90 days.

Claims for non-delivery must be notified to Coloplast Customer Service and the Carrier within 15 days from the date of invoice, failing which, Coloplast Canada Corporation shall be under no liability for non-delivery.

INVOICE VERIFICATION: Any discrepancy in an invoiced price and corresponding order price must be reported to Coloplast Customer Service within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

DROP SHIPMENT: All drop shipments are subject to freight charges and a $25 handling fee.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY: Coloplast Canada Corporation will accept returned goods from our customers, for credit or exchange, under the following conditions:

1. All returns must have written authorization from Customers Service, Coloplast Canada Corporation (1-888-880-8605). This authorization is an estimate, pending inspection by Coloplast of returned goods.

2. Credit will not be issued for products returned without proper documents.3. Returned Goods Authorization are valid for 30 days and product must be received in designated Coloplast location within 30 from date of

issue.4. Full credit will be given for items shipped in error by Coloplast Canada Corporation if returned within 30 days from date of invoice. 5. Full credit, less a 15% restocking fee, will be given for all products returned with proper documentation as long as the following conditions are

met; All returned goods must be in saleable condition with a least one (1) year shelf life remaining and have been purchased in the last one (1) year. No credit will be issued if the original package integrity is broken, damaged, or if the package is defaced with stickers or markers or if the product is within one (1) year of expiration date. Only full box quantities will be accepted. Credit will not be given for products no longer listed in current Coloplast Canada Corporation price lists or for products that have been replaced by updated versions with significant feature changes or box quantity changes.

6. All returns are subject to Coloplast Canada Corporation inspection. Coloplast Canada Corporation reserves the right to destroy merchandise deemed unfit for sale, whether or not accepted for credit or exchange.

7. Returned goods deemed resaleable will be valued at the original cost.8. Returns must be shipped, prepaid to:

LIMITED WARRANTY: Coloplast Canada Corporation warrants that all products sold hereunder shall be free from defects in material and workmanship at time of delivery, subject to proper handling, transportation, storage and use of such products. Except as provided above, Coloplast Canada Corporation makes no other warranty, expressed or implied (save for its right to transfer good title to the products), in fact or by law, including any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties hereunder shall be null and void in the event any alteration of any product is made.

The liability of Coloplast Canada Corporation for any product not conforming to such warranty shall be limited to the replacement thereof with a conforming product provided that Coloplast Canada corporation will be so liable unless (1) Coloplast Canada Corporation received prompt written notice of the defect within ten (10) days from the date of defect was of should have been discovered and (2) if requested by Coloplast Canada Corporation, the nonconforming product is returned to Coloplast Canada Corporation.

In no event shall Coloplast Canada Corporation be liable in tort or in contract for direct, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
