Worthy Appetite.
Ephesians 4:17-2417 So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking.
“thinking”a particular mode of thinking and judging, i.e thoughts, feelings, purposes, desires
“futility”
Minds filled with things that are just not true.Minds filled with things that are depraved and perverse.Weak minds that are frail and lacking moral strength.
Ephesians 4:17-24 18 They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts.
“darkened”1) to cover with darkness, to darken
“Separated”to be shut out from one's fellowship and intimacy
“Ignorance”Lack of knowledge in spiritual things, Moral blindness.
“Hardening”1) the covering with a callus, dulled perception
Ephesians 4:17-2419 Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed.
‘Lost all sensitivity, (developing a Callus, being calloused)
Given themselves over to.’ (Giving yourself into the hands of another)
‘Sensuality.’ (Unbridled lust)
‘Impurity’ (Uncleanness)
‘Greed’ (Continual desire for more, never satisfied)
Ephesians 4:17-24
20 That, however, is not the way of life you learned
21 when you heard about Christ and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus.
Ephesians 4:17-24
22 You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires;
23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds;
24 and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
Ephesians 4:17-2425 Therefore, putting away lying, “Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,” for we are members of one another.
26 “Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath,
27 nor give place to the devil.

Ephesians 4:17-24
28 Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need.
29 Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.

Ephesians 4:17-24
30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.
32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
