Refurbishment of the gym and spinning studio at Worthing Leisure Centre

Great news for members!

Worthing Leisure has invested over £130,000 in new gym equipment:

Junior Times:

• Complete refurbishment of the Lotus fitness suite with new resistance and cardio vascular equipment.

• All refurbishment work is scheduled from 22 to 29 June and the gym will re-open on 30 June.

• The spinning studio was equipped with new bikes at the end of May

• New BODYPUMP equipment will be introduced at Worthing Leisure Centre and the Aquarena from the end of July.

Family FIT4 offer great value for all the family. Adults and kids can enjoy our facilities individually or together, have a swim or book a Badminton court. There is plenty for parents and youngsters, and 13+ can join in with some of the adult fitness classes too!
