The propertyThis handsome Edwardian house was originally built as a private house in the early 20th Century. In later years the house was used as a children’s home and by the end of the 20th Century, it had fallen into disrepair. An extensive conversion programme took place in 1995,

reverting the house to its former use as a private residence. The current owners have substantially re-modelled the house, including rewiring and re-plumbing in 2003/4. Two new ‘industrial’ boilers were fitted in 2012. More recently, the kitchen/sitting room/breakfast
