AUCTION THIS YEAR ON 8 AND 9TH DECEMBER IN ANKUM The World Champion of seven-year-old jumpers, Chacciana, and the 2012 FEI World Champion of five-year-old dressage horses in Verden Sa Coeur are certainly the stars of the collection. The auction collection of the 33 rd P.S.I. Auction includes 25 horses in total, aged four to seven, with five offspring descending from the Mecklenburg stallion Chacco-Blue. The pedigrees of the horses entered already promise this year’s collection will be especially athletic. In fact, besides the Chacco-Blue-progeny, there will be daughters and sons by top jumpers and sires such as Casall, Caretino, Armitage, Calido, Sandro Boy or Cornet Obolensky. After winning the gold medal at the London Olympic games, his first competition with his amazing horse Nino. The Swiss duo was the last to enter the course assuring an exiting tiebreak and a prize of 330.000,00 Euros. In second place was Edwina Alexander, from Australia. She finished the course with no faults and a time of 35s16, followed by Clarissa Crota, from Switzerland. “Every victory is beautiful, but this time is more special because my horse has been having a great season. He has already won many competitions this year, the most important in London. This international equestrian event is part of the World Cup and the show-jumping and carriage- driving categories count toward the qualifying trials for the finals in this global circuit. Hence the abbreviation CHI-W (Concours Hippique International World Cup). Credit Suisse is the main sponsor of the CHI-W. The first highlight of the tournament is the Credit Suisse Grand Prix on Thursday evening. The world's best riders will be appearing on their best horses because the Grand Prix gives them the opportunity to compete in the World Cup trials on Sunday. Credit Suisse also supports the Credit Suisse Grand Prix, the National Trials, and the Credit Suisse Geneva Classic on Saturday.
