1. Everything is about social HUMAN energy

2. Available Energy is finite

3. All human beings are –by definition- different, every single person has strenghths and weaknesses, no one is perfect

4. Because of that we do need complementary teams, working into mutual trust and respect cultures

5. If we are different and together is a blessing, but if we are different and separated is a curse!

likely to be succesfull since is investing low energy

in internal marketing

opportunities, but that does not imply success,

unless the individuals have a collective capabilities

to harvest them

8. To generate and keep a mutual trust and respect

culture 4 ingredients are needed:

1. Sound Human interaction processes

2. Shared Visión & Values

3. Well design Structures

4. Healthy and Capable people (integral)

9. Detect and /or Anticipate any potential sign of

disintegration, (Beta Condition) through the

continue use of whole society Vital Signs Monitor

10. Pay special attention and care, to key

SUCCESSION processes, i.e. when a social system

requires to change its leaders.
