HOW CAN WE IDENTIFY THE STAGE OR LIFE
CYCLE OF AN INDIVIDUAL, GROUP,

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE PREDICTABLE LIFE
CYCLES IN INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS?”
10 GUIDELINES TO PREDICT
SOCIAL SYSTEMS COLLAPSE
1. Everything is about social HUMAN energy
2. Available Energy is finite
3. All human beings are –by definition- different, every single person has strenghths and weaknesses, no one is perfect
4. Because of that we do need complementary teams, working into mutual trust and respect cultures
5. If we are different and together is a blessing, but if we are different and separated is a curse!
12 Warning: Please do not forget to keep balance in a dynamic way the Flexibility and Control
10 GUIDELINES TO PREDICT
SOCIAL SYSTEMS COLLAPSE
6. An integrated society or community will be more
likely to be succesfull since is investing low energy
in internal marketing
7. There will always and endles stream of
opportunities, but that does not imply success,
unless the individuals have a collective capabilities
to harvest them
8. To generate and keep a mutual trust and respect
culture 4 ingredients are needed:
1. Sound Human interaction processes
2. Shared Visión & Values
3. Well design Structures
4. Healthy and Capable people (integral)
9. Detect and /or Anticipate any potential sign of
disintegration, (Beta Condition) through the
continue use of whole society Vital Signs Monitor
10. Pay special attention and care, to key
SUCCESSION processes, i.e. when a social system
requires to change its leaders.
13
Warning: Please do not forget to avoid the use of «one size fits all» solutions
