IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• A value up to $250 of AV Support is included in the rental fee.

• All AV materials must be submitted no later than 5 businessdays prior to the event.

• If you require the presence of our AV Technician on-siteduring your event, or need additional branding opportunities above the AV support included in the rental, additional fees may apply.

• If the parameters in this document are not followedexactly, we cannot ensure quality.

• A widescreen (16:9) format is recommended for all monitors inside the attraction.

• Note: World of Coca-Cola’s AV System is Windows Compatible ONLY. Mac files will not play on our equipment. A Mac can only be used in the Theaters where a projector is the source. Please notify the WOCCif you plan to use a Mac for a projector presentation.

• Clients can insert text, graphics, photos, etc. intothe template.

• Only 4 images can be displayed on 7 of the 30 Lobby Wall monitors. These 7 monitors are spaced evenly across the wall (Marked Image Below) with the other monitors displaying a Coca-Cola multi-color liquid graphic.

• JPEG (.jpg), MPEG 2 files (.mpg), Windows Media files(.wmv), and QuickTime files can be played on the monitors.

• Files must be less than 2 minutes in length.

• Please note that we cannot use audio from a media sourcein this area.

• PowerPoint files or video files (QuickTime, MP4, or WMV) can be played on the 5 monitors.

• If using PowerPoint and video files, please format the PowerPoint to play the video and continue to loop the presentation at the end.

THE COCA-COLA THEATER

• PowerPoint files, DVD, Blu-Ray, or video files can be played from our AV Cart. Blu-Ray must be formatted as a BD-R, BD-RE, or BD-ROM using a Blu-Ray – (minus) disc. A plus version of Blu-Ray will not work.

• If using multiple PowerPoint presentations, please convert them into one PowerPoint file with uniform slide sizes (widescreen) for a seamless presentation.

• Installation of files can vary. Please contact your Event Manager for pricing.

• The presence of our AV Technician is required to run the presentation, additional fees may apply.

• 4 handheld microphones can be used simultaneously inside the Theater during a presentation.

• Lapel microphones are available upon request. Additional fees will apply.

HUB

• GOBO $80

• The World of Coca-Cola GOBO projector is ETC Source Four Leko and can be equipped with pattern holders for Size B (79mm) glass and steel GOBO.

• We require that clients orders each GOBO with a pattern holder and deliver them to the WOCC already mounted and ready to install into the projector within 5 business days of the event.

TASTE IT

• Files correctly formatted $250

• Files that need formatting $480 (Estimate)

• Additional fees will apply for any files submitted out of specification. Client approval is required prior to any reformatting.

• Each monitor can braded individually.

• MPEG 2 files only can be played . All MPEG 2 files must have anaudio codec installed, and must be less than 1GB in size.

• Videos should be more than 30 seconds long and less than 2 minutes long. All files should have the same time length.

• Clients that choose to format files themselves, would need to use Vegas Movie Suite or a similar studio suite to ensure the correct specifications.

• Please note that we cannot use audio from a media source inthis area.

Venue Enhancements• A round stage with a diameter of 8ft and a 6”

height can be set in any desired place of the Venue. $250

• 8 wireless LED fixtures can be positioned to create additional lighting for your guests either inside the venue or outside weather permitting. $150

• Access of up to 7 easels that can be set throughout the attraction for signs, photos, and presentation displays. $20 ea.

• Activate Hub Patio with up to 10 red cushions $150

• Utilize our podium inside the attraction $100

• 30 Red Carpet Dots can be placed outside of select entrance points to help direct walking guests. $300

• Barricades can be placed around Pemberton Place $500. ($250 each ellipse)
