Welcome to our 45th Annual World Hunting Expo!
It is through your participation tonight that Minnesota SCI is able to fund its continued missions and programs. So, bid on a hunt and buy some raffle tickets! Tonight is one of the few times when you can treat yourself and help protect hunting and wildlife at the same time. And please support our exhibitors. Booth by 6:45 PM on Saturday, February 29 to be eligible to win $500.
4. Only one PASSPORT BINGO card per paid registered Member or Guest will be
eligible for the prize drawing. Winner will be announced on Saturday, February
29 during the Live Auction. Need not be present to win.
Rules of the Auction
1. The auctioneer has the final authority in determining the final bid of an item.
2. In some cases, two items may be offered for sale. If that is the case, the top two bidders will each be offered the item at the highest bid price.
3. The successful high bidder agrees to pay the amount bid for that item following the sale on the night of the auction. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. A 3% convenience fee will be added to all
Live Auction transactions paid for via credit card.
4. A Purchased Hunt / Merchandise Agreement will be brought to the winning bidder listing the hunt or item and the bid/purchase price. If the winning bidder is not a current SCI member, a one-year membership (Minnesota Chapter dues - $45 & National dues - $65) will be added to the bid price. All sales must be finalized the evening of the auction.
5. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Bidders, who plan to substitute or change hunt dates, change hunted species, or any other hunt detail, should make prior arrangements with the donor.
Special notes to remember:
African Hunts: If you’re interested in bidding on an African Safari and are unfamiliar with the daily fee/trophy fee system outfitters use, please talk to an SCI member who has been there or one of the outfitters prior to the auction to make sure you understand what is and what is NOT included in the donation. As always, all sales are final.
All Hunts: Unless otherwise stated, assume that the license/tag fees are not included in the donations. Also, unless stated, it is the hunter’s responsibility to apply for and secure licenses, confirm dates with the outfitter and take the hunt/trip for the time period listed in the description of the donation on the auction bill.

This 5 day hunt is for two hunters and includes trophy fee credit of $1,500 if 4 animals are harvested and all the daily fees. Hunt will take place in the Limpopo Province, or Northern Cape. LA F17 SCI Rifle of the Year: Montana Rifle Company American Legend in 7mm Minnesota SCI
The 2020 SCI Rifle of the year is a Montana Rifle Company American Legends Rifle chambered in 7mm Remington Magnum. This rifle features a glass bedded Turkish walnut stock, three-position safety, 26-inch barrel. These rifles have the SCI logo engraved on the floor plate and are numbered 1 through 50. The rifle is topped with a Vortex Viper HS LR scope. This second focal plane scope features their Dead Hold BDC reticle, exposed target style elevation turret, and a 30mm tube.

LA F20 8 Days South Africa Hunt for Two Hunters & Two Non-Hunters includes Trophy Fees for Six Animals

This donation is for the duration of 7 days. The seven hunting days will be on concessions of Africa Maximum Safaris in the North West Province of South Africa. There is over 300,000 acres of combined concessions. If trophies are taken early, client will not be required to suspend the duration of days donated for hunting. The hunt may be upgraded, either extra hunters or non-hunters at normal rates (as per price list), extra trophies to be hunted, and extra days booked either on hunting or touring, as client wishes to tailor the package. Trophy animals donated are one of each specie to be shared by the hunters: two Blue Wildebeest, two Blesbok, and two Impala. This hunt is available for the 2020 or 2021 season. Included in the donation is field preparation of trophies, dipping and shipping is not included in the donation. The arrival and departure point will be Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport. All transportation during the hunt is included and all transportation is done by vehicle. Special arrangements will be made if client wishes to charter a plane to camp. This will be done at extra cost to the client. This donation excludes the arrival and departure days cost and the airport transfer. Arrival and departure days and airport transfers are charged at US $220 per person per day excl. 14% tax. This is applicable to the client in all cases. Weapons to be used: Rifle only - 30-06 caliber and bigger. The limitation on the ammunition is 200 rounds per gun. Alternative weapon to bring is a shotgun for bird shooting. An export permit from the United States is required to bring any weapons in to South Africa.
