Approximately 1,500 military students from all over world attend courses presented by the British Army in the UK every year. The experience an international military student has whilst on a UK course is critical in forming his opinion about the British Army and the UK.

Instructor and Trainer Training 3 weeks

Sterling Training designs and delivers courses which teach elite Army instructors how to deliver training to international students, enhance their experience and to ease the instructors’ workload.

Sterling Training has just been contracted to deliver this training over the next 4 years and is delighted to be working with military instructors from many of the Army schools.

There is no doubt that the training will enhance the international students’ experience, which leads to better Defence Engagement.
