FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY EVALUATION (FCE) WorkWell FCE is a comprehensive Functional Assessment for determining safe maximum abilities for return to work, fit for duty, job search, Disability and medical legal. Researched/Evidence-Based FCE, legally defensible, proven to be reliable and valid. Standardized test with flexible design, customizable to meet referral sources needs. Kinesiophysical approach using WorkWell’s proprietary scoring definitions. Integrated consistency checks with safety parameters inherent in testing. Training Dates: PRETORIA: 5-6 August 5-6 CAPE TOWN: 19-20 September at Workability Montague Gardens RANDBURG: 26-27 November FUNCTIONAL JOB ANALYSIS (FJA) and PREWORK SCREEN (PWS) WorkWell FJA is a comprehensive method to identify and evaluate the physical demands of the work. FJA is the foundation for developing an effective work injury prevention and management process, providing objective information for Functional Job Descriptions(FJD) to match workers’ abilities to the job requirements. FJDs are used to develop goal oriented rehab programs, determine safe return to work duties for injured workers, eliminate risks for injury, job match in FCE, and to develop PWSs. A PWS is a functional test used to determine if an individual’s physical abilities match the physical requirements of a specific job.
