Most designs are available in both cotton (weight 380 g/m²) and a hard-wearing mixture of 65% polyester and 35 % cotton (weight 310 g/m²), which is strong but still soft and comfortable to wear. Choosing cotton or polyester/cotton is often a matter of taste. Cotton is also more suitable for welding applications. All fabric is pre-shrunk by approximately 10% using a special process which is unique to GRENE Workwear, which means future shrinkage is reduced to a maximum of 4%

As well as the powerful refl ective bands and strong colours, the fabric is treated with Tefl on to make it extra water-, oil-, and dirt repellent. The inside of the fabric contains cotton for a high level of comfort. Manufactured in 80% polyester and 20% cotton (weight 280 g/m²), suitable for industrial laundries and dry-cleaning.
