DAVE BLACK

A Nikon Ambassador and one of the pioneers in the conversion to all-digital photography, Dave is

regarded not only for his acclaimed career in sports photography that

includes covering Olympic games for Newsweek for over 20 years, but also for constantly reinventing himself and

pushing for new frontiers in using lighting techniques in innovative ways. Black has been a Summit

faculty member for almost 30 years.

JOEY TERRILL

A Nikon Ambassador, Joey is a Los Angeles-based corporate and

editorial photographer with a long and varied career in photography

that includes portraits of celebrities, and pro athletes. Joey has recently migrated towards his passions for environmental portraits and studio/location lighting. Joey is excellent at communicating the extensive principles of controlled lighting in

terms anyone can understand.

MATT HERNANDEZ

Matt is a Kentucky-based portrait photographer who specializes in

high school senior and athlete portraiture, on-location creative

lighting, and post-processing and photo editing. He began his career as an award-winning graphic artist, and he has since used those skills to

help launch a very successful photography career that includes

photographing portraits of the nation's best college athletes.
