The principal behind throwing our presentation at a large scale is to negate

the productive potential being wasted through inept, insensitive and faulty

handling by old employees .We want to draw your attention towards old

fashioned criteria of “swim or drown”; that is being practiced even today in

modern organization. This behavior drops high level of motivation, energy &

enthusiasm to dead level. We hope that our humble efforts will not go fruitless.

A CASE TO PEEP INTO..In 1986, due to rapid expansion in Sharp Co., shortage of employees was faced

External employees were hired in large numbers

New employees were clueless where to start

Organization was looking for fruits inshort-run

Mr. Hoseberg of Kansas University put the situation under his microscope
