    The two most promising industries in Nicaragua are agriculture and tourism. The site is on a volcanic lake in a major city and the goal was to design a community eco-nomic tourism development and encourage local employment.

    While working with Dorel Ramirez Architect, I was in charge of producing the drawings to be presented to MLR, a prestigious company that needed their office renovated. This included circulation diagrams, 3D modeling, and zoning distribution.

    As a part of the Nicaraguan tradition, palm baskets are one of those daily objects that people use as a common carrying tool. This art instalation is an experimenting process in which the daily object is treated as component in order to create different spaces. Our art expression try to promote the hard work that many nicaraguan craft makers families labour each day, uniques techniques developed over many generations.

    Based on the idea of contrasting the solid and void spaces, the school is connected by a linear circulation that meet at the solid or void ends or also through a series of bridges that lead the students and faculty to their spe-cific discipline.

    this course sought to introduce primary knowledge of fundamental techniques and building materials while delving into the study of the significance of materials. We produced detailed structural models and technical drawings exploring the relationship structure and materiality.
