Library Video/DVD Borrower Registration Conditions of borrowing

1. Videos will only be loaned to registered organisations in Tasmania. To become a borrower you must

complete the Video Borrower Registration form.

2. You can borrow or reserve videos by phoning or emailing us, or by faxing the completed Video Loan Request form.

3. You may borrow a maximum of four videos at a time, for an one week period. You can also reserve

videos if required by a certain date. You may request a loan extension if the video is not reserved for another borrower.

4. Borrowers in the metropolitan area must collect and return videos in person or arrange a courier.

Country borrowers must return videos by Australian Registered Post or Express Mail.

5. You must return all videos by the due date. If you fail to do so, your borrowing privileges will be suspended.

6. You will be charged a replacement fee for lost or damaged videos. Replacement costs range from

$200 - $400

7. All videos & DVD’s are subject to the Copyright Act 1968. It is a breach of copyright for videos to be copied or exhibited publicly.
