Bergmann Workplace Perspectives Survey Summary | August 2020 2

In July, Bergmann’s resilient design team issued a short survey in an effort to learn more about how COVID-19 is changing the way businesses are thinking about the physical workplace.

The anonymous survey was offered to business decision makers across New York State and garnered nearly 100 responses.

The following slides provide a summary of the findings.

Bergmann Workplace Perspectives Survey Summary | August 2020 3

“The survey findings support what we had started hearing from our clients. While businesses are more open to adopting flexible work policies, the need for a shared workplace has not gone away. We’re looking at an evolution of use and design, not a complete elimination.”
