Text EntryThe text entry feature allows a user to input text, in any language, into the device.To input text:• Select a location to enter text (or simply press the ENTER key on
your keyboard)• Type text in the textbox • Click to enter text

INFO: In this section, you will find all of the key details regarding the device you selected, including Model, OS, Version, IMEI, and much moreAUDIO: available for devices with Audio Connected, as shown in the Select Device list. When it is clicked upon - Audio becomes activated. Toggle back and forth on the icon to activate and deactivate the audio.ROTATE: Device position options: ·Rotate Device: rotate the device orientation (landscape / portrait)·Rotate View: rotate the displayed image only·Reset: reset the device orientation to default

Restarting and Recovering Devices• Restart Device performs a software restart of the device
– Use when needed in test case or on unresponsive device– While the device is rebooting, you can not perform operations. If you
attempt an operation, an error may appear
Recover Device – Disconnects & reconnects device to the MobileCloudUse only if restarting device did not workIn case of persistent failure, please open support ticket.
