Working offline in Outlook To use offline mode in Outlook 2003: 1. Open Outlook. 2. Click File > Work Offline. 3. A check mark will appear in front of Work Offline. You are now in offline mode and you can disconnect from the Internet. While in offline mode, messages you send are stored in your Outbox. 4. Once you go online again, click File > Work Offline again. The check mark will disappear. Changes you make to your Exchange mailboxes and folders are applied when you go back to online mode, and Exchange emails waiting to be sent will send automatically. Get the latest copy of the University address book Before you go offline you can refresh your local copy of the University address book (directory of all University addresses). Working offline in Outlook To use offline mode in Outlook 2003:

1. Open Outlook.

2. Click File > Work Offline.
