KBR68H.com – Content Sharing Partnerships
Your content is your unique asset. Be sure when you trade for it you get the best value.
For a content deal to have value it has to do one of five things:1. Someone pays you in cash. 2. You get something in return that saves you the right amount of money3. Creates traffic that you can use to make money, creates page view…4. Raises page rank. Links to higher page rank sites increase you page rank. 5. Supports awareness and branding
Tempo Interaktiv example:The Give: [What you give them] Tempo TV wants access to audio clips to relevant news items that they are covering. - Is it all audio or only “news” audio, live recordings of speeches, but not news stories
The Get:a) Tempo pays in cash for each audio file used and must give some attributionb) Tempo swaps you for photos for the sitec) Tempo provides links from their stories to the related story on KBR68H site that carries ads and references to other stories.d) Tempo includes you in their ad sales with a fixed monthly guarantee of Rp xx.

Asia Calling: Questions/Recommendations
Page Templates: - Can’t rely on one site template given the unique characteristics of the scripts- Options1: Site within Site:
+ Launch on a single site, with a RL and LR template. + Create unique page templates for Indic scripts
- Option 2: Launch multiple sites with common design+ Create localized sites and templates, single management from KBR68H+ Allows some unique local customization
Content:- What gets translated?
+ All past content?+ Only stories moving forward+ About Us and structural pages
- Process for translation of past content
Work Flow: How much control over the localized sites is required?

There dozens of open source (free) CMS’s available in all of the major programming languages. Example here.
