Three Ways (so far)

1. Task Base Payments -

a. Minimum payment worker will receive for unit of work,

b. Paid automatically upon submission per task or per source media minute

c. Ex: Earn up to $0.17 for 35 seconds of media to text

2. Time Based Special Bonuses - a. Push dedicated throughput to a given queue for a specified period of time.

b. Calculated and paid manually by CrowdSurf team

c. Ex: “Happy Hours”, Weekend/Holiday Bonuses, “Kraken” End-of-month Bonuses

3. Weekly Bonuses -

a. Additional tiered incentives for quality and volume to increase effective pay rate

b. Calculated and paid manually by CrowdSurf team

c. Ex: Weekly Transcription bonus, Weekly Media Minute bonus
