Welcome to the Bear Paw Lodge. As a guest at the Bear Paw Lodge, it is our desire to make your stay here as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The guest rooms, dining room, recreational and leisure facilities have been specifically designed to create a true “Home Away From Home” experience for you. In order to ensure we are meeting your needs today, and to enable us to adapt our services as your needs and requirements change, it is important that we receive regular feedback from you. To accomplish this we have a number of channels of communication available to you. Guest Comment Cards can be found in various locations around the facility. These comment cards offer you the chance to share your opinions, offer suggestions, and grade us on our performance in meeting your needs. We pride ourselves on taking your comments seriously and implementing such improvements whenever we can. Direct Dialogue If you have any comments, questions, or other feedback, feel free to stop by the lodge office and see us. Our office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will also find us in the dining hall at anytime, or out around the facility throughout the day and night, and we welcome every opportunity to discuss your satisfaction in person. Lodge Amenities Recreation Center with billiards, foosball, darts, card tables and flat screen TV’s are available.
Conference Rooms are available upon request for safety meetings, quarterlies, and catered private parties.
Internet Café with computers to stay connected. Wi-Fi is also available across the camp.
TV’s are in every room for your convenience with DVD players and cable service.
Full Service Laundry Facility with complimentary washers, dryers, and free detergent.
Fitness Center to help you stay in shape with treadmill, multi-function weight machine, & more.
Dining Facility hours: Breakfast: 4:30am - 8:00am Lunch: 11:30am - 1:00pm Dinner: 5:00pm – 8:30pm

Additional Information
Housekeeping: will clean your room once a week and perform a linen exchange during room service. On your assigned day, can you please place all used towels and washcloths next to your door to be exchanged. Also ensure that no personal items are left on the bed so that Housekeeping will be able to change your bed linens. Towels may also be exchanged anytime at the office. Prohibited Items: Alcohol, drugs, controlled substance, flammable fluids, electric blankets, candles, incense, space heaters, hot plates, and cooking in rooms is strictly prohibited .
Valuables and personal property are your responsibility, the lodge cannot be held responsible for any items left unsecured in your room or in the public areas.
24/7 Customer Service: If you have lost your proximity card, gotten locked out of your room, have a question, or any other reason to need help we are here for you.Please come by the front office and a member of our team will be happy to help you out.
Check-Out: You will need to complete your check out at the front office and return your key card. Failure to return the key card will result in a $10 fine charged to your employer under your name.
Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Cigarette butts must be placed into proper receptacles. This is the only place smoking is permitted throughout the entire complex.
Key Cards: For your safety, the cards must be used every time you come on and off the site. They will be used every time you eat a meal in the dining facility. They are also used as access to your room. Loss of the key card will result in a $10 fine payable at the front desk.
Code of Conduct
These rules apply to all persons employed, either directly or indirectly on the project. They are necessary to ensure the wellbeing of residents, visitors, and the local community.
One violation of the following rules (not inclusive) may lead to permanent removal from the site and future employment opportunities.
• No visitors unless authorized by lodge management• Smoking is prohibited (except in designated areas)• Storage of oil, gas, propane, charcoal, or flammables are not allowed• The possession or use of unlawful drugs, consumption of alcohol or intoxicated behavior, and possession of firearms ire all strictly forbidden• Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time• Tampering with fire equipment is a Federal offense • Tampering with electrical equipment is not allowed• Fighting, violence, or causing a disturbance will result in removal of tenant from site• Pets of any kind are not allowed• Cooperation with staff is required to stay in camp• Headgear and dirty clothing must be removed before entering the dining or recreational areas and suitable clothing must be worn at all times• Dirty boots must be removed before entering buildings • Parking is permitted only in designated areas• Proximity cards must be swiped for meals• Proximity cards must be swiped every time when entering and exiting site• Lodge management reserves the right to inspect rooms and any personal property on site including vehicles• Public displays of religion should be kept in your room • Participation in safety drills is mandatory• Guests are responsible for damages in their assigned room or in public areas of the lodge • Theft will result in immediate removal from the lodge • You are responsible for your personal belongings, do not leave valuables unsecured• Hot plates, and any cooking appliances are strictly forbidden in guest rooms• Camp Management reserves the right to modify, add, or delete these rules at anytime
