LeaRning abOuT The DaTafLOW aDD-in
The Dataflow Add-In allows you to query the Dataflow repository and extract information gathered from Dataflow requests.
We offer you a choice of a 32-bit or 64-bit Dataflow add-in. Please select the add-in that is appropriate for your needs. More information about the installation process appears on the following page.
sysTeM RequiReMenTsThe Dataflow Add-In requires the following environment:
Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7•
1 GB RAM•
MSXML 4.0 SP2 or higher•
At minimum, network users must be Power Users to use the Dataflow Add-In.

insTaLLing The DaTafLOW aDD-in
insTaLLing The 32-biT veRsiOnTo install the 32-bit Dataflow Add-In, complete the following steps.
Log in to the Platform. 1
from the 2 Applications menu, select Applications, then select FileRoom.
The main fileRoom page appears.
Click 3 Add-Ins. The Add-Inspage appears.

In the 4 ListofAdd-instoDownload, locate the DataFlowAdd-In section, then click Download in the 32-bitoperatingsystems section. The FileDownload-SecurityWarning dialog box appears, and asks if you want to run or save the file.

Click 5 Run to download the file and start the installation process. The download’s progress appears in a dialog box..
Note: A SecurityWarning dialog box may appear, depending on your computer’s security settings. Click Run to begin the Installation Wizard.
The Installation Wizard begins.

Click 6 Nextto continue the installation.
Review the Add-In license agreement, select the 7 Accepttheterms option, then click Next.

Type your name and organization, then click 8 Next.
Click 9 Install to begin the software installation.
The installation progress appears.

Click 10 Finish when the installation is complete.
Note:A message may appear and tell you to restart your computer in order for the Dataflow Add-In to take effect.

accessing The DaTafLOW aDD-in
The Dataflow Add-In is available from the Add-Ins tab in Microsoft Excel 2007.
for instructions on extracting data, please refer to the Dataflow User Guide. To locate the guide, from the Platform Help menu, select UserDocumentation, then select DataFlow.
