•Worker Search Results “Misspelled Worker”

• Problem: When you search for a Worker’s partial name or misspell the Worker name, the search results return with an entry that states 'Misspelled Worker’.

• Workaround: Correct spelling and try again. Workday fixing this soon.

Pay Changes: OHR Update Text

Payroll has requested that all pay changes (as the result of a job change, edit position, pay equity, etc.) be submitted with an effective date of Sunday (the beginning of the work week). This process does not include compensation changes for Safety, Police, Fire, and Sheriff uniform employees, as their pay is governed by their respective collective bargaining agreements. HR business partners and recruiters – as you are discussing employee job changes or changes in pay, please be sure to let your managers know that these changes now need to be effective on Sunday. The Onboarding team will be reviewing offer letter requests and updating Monday effective dates to Sunday. If you have questions regarding this process contact Bonnie Johnson or Chris Longshore.
