Series offers several models for one

or two users, different configurations

that allow the necessary adaptation

to different needs and spaces.



Work stations in the ET-100 Series make up one family of products

characterized by its flexibility to space and a great versatility of

configurations.

All our products are designed in order to comply with rules in effect with

regard to prevention of labour risks and protection of safety and health in the

workplace. Furthermore, during the development and manufacture process,

prestigious professionals in the field have assisted us.

We have put the emphasis on the conception of the workplace in order to

carry out the tasks in the most comfortable and safest way. Thanks to this,

technicians perform their work more efficiently.

However, the fact what makes ET-100 Series work stations truly innovative is

their extraction system. Powerful electric fans achieve even tripling the

minimum required limits in some cases through lower, upper and rear part. As

a result, we comply with the current rules only working at 60% of their

capacity. This means a decrease in noise level.

General characteristics:

- Completely made of stainless steel (AISI-304) with a sheet thickness of

1.5 and 2 mm.

- Frontal enclosure with safety glass and electric guillotine system.

- Sidewalls with window.

- Front, upper and lower aspiration.

- Capacity to aspire: 2450 m3/h (depending on the model)

- Touch screen control, intuitive use.

- High efficiency suction system (the ventilation system consists of

electrofans)

- Aluminium oxide filters impregnated with potassium permanganate.

- Alarm system for exhausted filters.

- Automatic formol dispenser with pedal.

- Alarm system notices formalin tanks full / empty.

- General lighting with LED lights.

- Halogen steerable 15,000 cd / 61,000 lux at 1m.

- Spill-proof perimeter flange.

- Work area with perforated and removable trays (this ensures lower

aspiration).

- Integrated sink.



- Mixer taps with medical handle.

- Shower with silicone flexo.

- Formalin dispenser tap.

- Formalin recovery tank (with filter and cover).

- Integrated waste cube.

- Polyethylene cutting board.

- Magnetic instrumental support.

- Top shelf (one or more depending on the model).

- Electrical auxiliary sockets.

The operation of the cabin is controlled through the touch screen situated on

the upper front, from which you can control all the functions in a simple and

intuitive way:

From the main screen we could:

- Switch on / off the general lighting;

- Up / down the safety enclosure;

- Graduate the level of intensity of the fans;

- Control full / empty levels of the formalin tanks;

- Control the working life of the filters.

(Other functions could be controlled depending on the additional elements

or the model)

Always thinking about the safety of the user, if any accidental spill of

formaldehyde occurs, the emergency button located next to the control

screen must be activated. Thus the electro-fans start automatically operate

at maximum power (the screen will mark 100% speed).



FORMALIN SUPPLY

To obtain formalin, the user simply will have to drive the pedal that is located

next to work area (see general diagram).

TO ACCESS FORMALIN TANKS

In the bottom of the work surface is located the watertight and aspirated

hosting for the formalin tanks. These containers have fast and efficient

connections with anti-drip valves to avoid spills when the tanks are changed.

Like the rest of functions, using the touch screen you can control the formalin

tanks status in order to control their capacity all the way. If tanks are reaching

the limits of filling or emptying, the alarms will be activated for the

replacement of the required deposit.
