Das Machwürth Team Interna- tional organises… …these events on a regular ba- sis in the different German re- gions North (area of Hamburg / Kiel), East (Berlin), South (Mu- nich), West (Frankfurt / Bo- chum). The participants receive information on current topics in Personnel Development. They also exchange ideas on different approaches and know-how re- lated to the respective topics in discussion. These meetings are facilitated by MTI Consultants and hosted by participants of the “Experience Exchange” them- selves. This is done in a rotating manner, so that every partici- pant gets the chance of hosting one meeting. On May 12th in Bremen Mrs. Rösch from Sparkasse Bremen hosted a meeting with the topic „Work-Life-Balance“ (WLB). Ms Birkner and Mr. Kamps – MTI Consultants and members of the MTI Expert Team “Work-Life- Balance“ – held lectures with in- teractive elements which re- ceived positive feedback show- ing the interest for the topic. Se- quences of the meeting were recorded by a camera team for the German national TV (ZDF). The documentation will display the changing roles of men in the social fabric of family and busi- ness life, which also entails WLB.
