It is the relationship between the institutional and cultural times and spaces of work and non-work.
The term ‘balance’ suggests that work is not integral to life.
New working patterns have eroded the boundaries and collective rhythms of working life.

the flexibility.
The term work–life balance, and provides illustrations of how it can increase productivity and reduce absenteeism.
It also improve staff commitment, increase retention rates and thus reduce employer costs.

It is a very popular way to maintain balance between work and life, which is beneficial about keeping calmness under tremendous pressure of professional work, continuing along with personal work.

CONCLUSION We have chosen five representative samples/ persons
randomly.
Ask them few basic questions based on their work life as well as personal life.
As a result we can see by the graphs that almost 80% people are very much satisfied by maintaining their work along with their personal life.
But 20% people are yet to be satisfied.
CONCLUSION
But in other hand most of them also think that this affects to their family.
Which they also don’t like.
But they believe that with the change in trend they will be able to find some mutuality with their family.
Because, most of them think that balancing work along with personal life is the key of modern success.
