1 Wet cleaning with foam

The Inno-Foam set is especially well suited for use in food production in

order to clean e.g. �lling systems quickly and ef�ciently.

2 Dry cleaning with explosion protection

Cleanliness and safety are in many cases inseparable, especially when

it comes to food particles. As well as stationary explosion-protected vac-

uuming systems, Kärcher provides mobile industrial vacuums certi�ed in

1 Cleanliness = cold × acceleration

The Ice Blaster accelerates the dry ice pellets, which are up to 3 mm in size,

to over 150 m/s (= 540 km/h) using compressed air. Due to this speed and

the cold temperature of -79 °C, the dirt freezes and cracks form in it. The

pellets penetrate the cracks, burst and remove the dirt and corrosion. An

especially effective method for cleaning away almost any type of dirt while

conserving the material to which it adheres.

2 eco!ef�ciency – achieve more with ef�ciency

Ef�ciency comes in different dimensions: Reduced energy consumption.

High-performance internal-combustion engines. Lower cleaning agent con-

3 FACT – Flexible Application Control Technology

FACT is a Kärcher innovation in roller technology for scrubbing machines

enabling the right roller speed to be used for each task. The roller speed

can be set to three levels for every cleaning job:

� Power-Clean level for cleaning away the most stubborn dirt

� Whisper-Clean level for normal dirt with reduced noise level

and energy consumption

� Fine-Clean level for eliminating grey �lm on �ne stoneware tiles

4 A �ne idea: micro�bre rollers

The micro�bres with scrubbing machines marks a quantum leap in the

cleaning of hard surfaces. This invention by Kärcher brings the advantages

of highly friction-safe micro�bres to the �eld of professional cleaning for

the �rst time: tremendous bonding capacity for dirt, grease and water com-

bined with robustness and problem-free cleaning.

5 DOSE – the intelligent cleaning agent dosage

DOSE technology for scrubbing machines makes possible the precise dosage

of the cleaning agent using a regulator. And switching to other cleaning

agents without emptying the tank – even while driving. This saves cleaning

agents and time. Germ formation is prevented since the cleaning agents and

fresh water supply are separate.

6 Tact – Triggered Air draft Cleaning Technology

The vacuum cleaner �lter that cleans itself with targeted, powerful blasts

of air. And this process is triggered fully automatically, which brings with it

In �lling areas or during the handling of goods there are always messes

The Ice Blaster cleans �lling and mixing systems, production lines and

All areas in which animal or plant oils and fats are worked with (especially meat) have the strictest requirements when it comes to

hygiene and safety. The Kärcher System is perfectly set up to meet them. Especially with effective cleaning agents. There is also the

1 Hygiene for tables, �oors and walls

Periodical deep cleaning as well as daily cleaning in food processing main-

tains hygiene, work safety and value. Stationary high-pressure cleaners,

with their high economic ef�ciency, and special mobile units are ideal for

these applications. For meat processing Kärcher provides blue food-safe

high-pressure hoses with an outer layer that does not bleed colour and is

resistant to animal grease. Longlife and conductive equipment for explo-

sion-protected areas are also available.

2 Spray once – double the effect

Cleaning and disinfection with only one lance. Kärcher has everything that

you need: from the Inno-Foam system and diverse foam lances to listed

cleaning agents.

3 Access the narrowest corners

Dirt and germs can be found everywhere. With high pressure and hot or

cold water and appropriate cleaning agents, cleanliness and hygiene can

reliably be ensured everywhere.

4 Apply, clean, vacuum – �nished
