At CXK, we deliver a range of training and

development programmes across the south-east

which are designed to help young people to

develop the confidence, resilience and skills to

move into sustainable employment. Through

programmes such as our Prince’s Trust Team and

Talent Match programmes, we provide 1:1

mentoring, skills workshops, training and work

experience opportunities to increase the life

chances of local youth.

As an employer, we can support you by providing

talented young people keen for the opportunity to

experience the world of work, and who can be

placed with you for work experience, or even be

considered for apprenticeship or traineeship

opportunities.
