prayer. Asked the congregation to pray for him to be a
better Christian, husband, and father.
05/27 - B/Steve Myers, Sr. on behalf of S/Jeniece Myers who’s at
SGMC room 427. Pray that all goes well with her medi-
cal procedure Thursday; For B/Oscar Marshall’s mother
who is at SGMC in ICU 2319. He asked your prayers for
her recovery from surgery; Also for a former co-worker,
Frank Mitchell, who’s at SGMC with health problems.
05/27 - B/Wm. Paul and S/Willie Mae Myers asked continued
prayer for their daughter, Yolanda. “Thank God he
brought her through 14-treatments of chemo and was
scheduled to start radiation next week, but after follow-up
appointment with doctor, found out that she’ll have to
have another surgery on Monday before they can start it.
Pray that the surgery is successful, if it’s God’s will, and
please continue to keep her and our family in prayer”.
05/27 - S/Frances Roe asked prayer for her family; today her
nephew Anthony Jones passed away.
05/27 - S/Francine Shearry asked prayer for S/Nikki Foster and
family as she prepared for a medical procedure on Thurs-
day. “Pray the procedure will go well and for traveling
grace to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL”.

TODAY, we will sponsor their quarterly fundraiser, LUNCH-ON-US after Morning Wor-ship. We ask that you come to the dining area for a delicious meal for a generous donation before attending the Area Fifth Sunday Fellow-ship at Southside. No food will be served at the

► Today, AREA FIFTH SUNDAY FELLOWSHIP is hosted by the
Newsome Street Church of Christ in Hahira. However, it will be
held at the Southside congregation, 1198 Old Statenville Road,
Valdosta. They plan to sing songs that will be rendered at our
Area-Wide Gospel Meeting in October. Singing will be from
2:30-3:30pm. Immediately following singing they’ll proceed
with the Fifth Sunday Fellowship service. The speaker is Bro.
David Nelson, Evangelist for the Dasher Church of Christ. “We
are looking Forward to fellowshipping and encouraging each
other in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We will not be pro-
viding refreshments or a meal.”
