PRE-DINNER SPEAKERCongresswoman Nita M. LoweyCongresswoman Nita M. Lowey has represented the Lower Hudson Valley since her election in 1988. She is the first woman to chair the House Appropriations Committee. A co-chair of the Women’s Caucus in the 104th Congress, she has been a champion of women’s issues throughout her career, particularly increased funding for breast cancer research and education.

CO-CHAIRS, CONGRESSIONAL CAUCUS FOR WOMEN’S ISSUESCongresswoman Brenda L. Lawrence Congresswoman Brenda L. Lawrence is serving her third term representing the 14th District of Michigan. She serves on the Appropriations and Oversight and Reform Committees. She has championed efforts to reduce maternal mortality and poverty among women, and to expand women’s leadership both here and abroad.

Congresswoman Debbie LeskoCongresswoman Debbie Lesko is serving her second term representing the 8th District of Arizona. She is Ranking Member of the Homeland Security Subcommittee on Transportation and Maritime Security and also serves on the Judiciary and Rules Committees. Her priorities include combatting domestic violence and improving the lives of veterans and seniors.

VICE-CHAIRS, CONGRESSIONAL CAUCUS FOR WOMEN’S ISSUESCongresswoman Madeleine DeanCongresswoman Madeleine Dean is serving her first term in Congress. She represents the 4th District of Pennsylvania and serves on the Financial Services and Judiciary Committees. Her priorities include gun violence prevention, ethical government reform, access to health care, criminal justice reform, and promoting diversity in the financial services industry.

Congresswoman Jenniffer González-ColónCongresswoman Jenniffer González-Colón is the sole representative for Puerto Rico in the U.S. Congress. She serves on the Natural Resources and Transportation and Infrastructure Committees. Congresswoman González-Colón has been an advocate for ending domestic violence, promoting services for veterans, and improving the health care system and economic development for the Island.
