Participants would like to meet face-to-face with the tourism entrepreneurs from partner-countries (Cyprus) in order to get and change new experiences and learn from each other;
To find financial support, f.e ESF grants, in order to visit the participants of WERT pilottraining in Cyprus.

certainly be done, before the continuous trainingprogram is created. For the experienced entrepreneurs, the course have to be renewed with new topics – new trends, design and development of products/services, wellness.

2. For the beginners, it should be longer, to create a proper businessplan in order to get the supportive grant
Future plans
1. Estonian vocational schools have a possibility to apply grant from ESF financial resources of Estonian Ministry of Education- and Research for organizing free of charge trainings to entrepreneurs. We have a possibility to organize WERT training free of charge (application in autumn 2012 and organizing the training from January 2013).

Future plans
2. In order to raise the popularity of WERT Community, additional financial resources should be found for participants in pilottraining in order to visit participants of WERT training in other partnership countries (f.e in Cyprus).
