I am directed to convey the approval of the Director, Deptt. of Women & Child ~Development, Govt. of NCT of Delhi to declare all the District Officers of Deptt. of WCD asDDO/Hexior the Plan Scheme of Implementation of PWDV Ac~2005 and to incur expenditure inthe Major Head "2235" 02 103 40 00 42, with Budget Allocation as under to meet theexpenditure on Salary + Contingencies i.e. conveyance, mobile bill reimbursement, postage,stationary ete. for the current financial year 2016-17.

It is pertinent to mention here that extension of services of Protection Officers' hasbeen conveyed by the Finance Deptt. w.e.f 1.4.2016 to 30.9.2016 & w.e.f 1:10.2016 to31.12.2016 with the increase in the salary from Rs.15,OOO/-to Rs.29,565/- per month which isworked out on the basis of formula of consolidated remuneration as prescribed vide O.M. dated30.12.2011 of Finance Deptt. and order no.F.42(74)/DSW/Estt./DWCD/PF/2014/1533-48dtd.19.04.2016. The other allowances like contingencies i.e. conveyance, mobile billreimbursement, postage, stationery ete. of Protection Officers working in this department oncontract basis wi 11 be debitable from above mentioned head for the year 2016-17.

As the salary of the Protection Officers has been revised therefore the funds arereappropriated as under:
