Women Elite: Accept The Leadership by Alan Svejk

To change your position in the world, to become an active element, you have to changeyourself, by accepting the position of leadership, and related responsibility for others. If youwill continue to live just for yourself and your personal interests, ignoring this necessary so-cial role, you will become too weak and vulnerable, prone to outside influences, dependenton favour of luck, your employer and your superiors. And that is insufficient, in this compli-cated times, when things can change daily, and substantially. Get better prepared for anyfuture situation, Female Asset.

Welcome to the 16th part of my worldwide unique Women Empowerment series, calledsimply "Women Elite". The task is nothing smaller, than to prepare women for the highest po-sitions in Business, Public Relations, Security and Military, so our society can benefit fromthe special skills of Female Leaders and Influencers. We need more of them everywhere.

Let´s be honest - who likes to carry the burden of responsibility? I guess that almost nobody,including myself. But this project had to change one day, from simple and easy writing, to so-mething more substantial and demanding: to a real, practical training. I realized in the lastweek or two, that I will have to take the full responsibility for this project, because nobodyelse will. This was my idea, and I have to make the most of it, to develop it yet further. Not topublish the last article and to be glad, that it is finally over. And it means, to go out and add-ress real people, persuade them, so my ideas can become the reality.

But I am not alone, who should to take some courageous steps and get out of the comfortzone. You should too, Female Asset, and I will tell you now, why.

It´s the year of 2015 now, and look around, how the world is rapidly changing. We all wantpeace and stability, but they are still far away. We all want stable jobs and careers, but there isstill a lot of lay-offs and nobody can be completely certain, that his or her value to the compa-ny will last until tomorrow. Many of us also have numerous pledges and commitments. Andthe young, hungry Millenials enter the professional world in large, and soon, they willmanage it, they will even own it. At least all that wise newspaper articles say that.

What will that mean to us? Will these new professional leaders consider us beneficial, useful,or not? Will we be able to keep our current positions in the corporate world? Who knows?Nobody can tell for sure. And many of us will rather choose to live in the sweet illusionsabout their own importance in all times.

I think, that considering these complex circumstances and uncertain views for the future, weshould think about a more active approach to the world and our fates, when we are still ableto change something.

But where to search for an inspiration? I have a good tip - the Chinese culture can learn usWesterners an imporant lesson, how to find an island of stability in an unstable world. Theycopied many things from us - but there is something we should copy and adapt from them, tomake our lives sustainable.

You know, that our Western culture promotes individualism, independence, free thinking. Butthis approach has also some disadvantages, mostly for the individuals, who are single, wi-thout any serious support from family or a significant other. The number of such individualsgrows rapidly, between both males and females. And it could mean serious consequences forour future.

Who will take care of us, if we will be in need? Not everybody has a loving family, who canprovide not only a warm embrace, but also some material support, if needed.

Our power is limited, our health is also an important factor, and we have only a limited cont-rol of it. But I don´t want to scare you - just to face the truth, and the perspectives.

The Chinese are in the better situation here. Why? Because they have a special value in theirsociety, where any individual can always find a firm safety net - it´s called "group harmony",or "collective thinking". We are highly atomized, but they share some values and opinions. Soit is easier for them, to exist in the society, and to find optimal values to follow, to orientatethemselves correctly, to find their place and a personal mission.

This can bring them the balance in their soul, improving their health and inner peace, andthese are the most crucial values for any individual. We Westerners consider each other acompetition - I presume, that the Chinese have the ability to perceive each other as a collea-gue member of the society, somebody more close. It means some positive feeling of a mutualbond, everlasting inter-personal connection. We have nothing like this - just our family, fri-ends - and that is all. And not everybody has a great family and great friends, from variousreasons.

If we would apply this "group harmony" to our lives, it could bring vast advantages for oursurvival, balance and success. Thousands of single persons could find the inner peace and op-timism for the upcoming years and related challenges.

And you, Female Asset, you could be the advocate of this new way of "collective thinking".Or even you have to be, because you have the blessed ability to shine and persuade your vici-nity just by your feminine essence. I have to use words to persuade - you can set an example.

If we would continue in a close cooperation, this fact could be really beneficial for our self-improvement, personal development, personal balance and also useful for grabbing the rightprofessional, career opportunities. Maybe it wouldn´t be so painful to learn about leadershipand accept it, if we would do this together. A single person should become a leader, to be abeneficial member of the society.

We can help each other this way. I will provide my special knowledge and skills, which Igathered by endless roaming the world - and you will do the same. We will put good thingstogether, and maybe we will have some results together. There is nothing to lose. And wecould ease each other the burden of leadership.

Together, we can achieve amazing things, I am sure of that. And I promise you, that I willhand over all my knowledge to you, so you will be really prepared for a professional, careersuccess. "The Group Harmony" can become the pleasant reality, and it can improve our lives.This interesting concept should be studied and researched more, even tried in practice.

Together, we can find certainty and safety in the world, because it can´t be bought or rented.You either have it, or not. And to become a leader, to improve our society by your example,you need to find some certainty and confidence at first.

Soon, you will be well prepared to enter that high professional positions in the corporateworld, and you will have your rank. You will be important, and the corporate world and yoursuperiors will respect you. If they will see something special in you, the promotions andanother advantages are yours. I modestly hope, that I will be able to give you this treasure.Then, you will enlighten and improve the world with your special and beneficial femininefeatures, and you will be rewarded appropriately... and I will be able to retire early ;-)
