Women at PwC - Our Objective in the Middle East

To attract, develop and retain women in the Middle East. We view women as a critical talent group to enable the firm to continue its growth in the marketplace and to deliver the best in client solutions. Provide a Strong collaborative group for women at pivotal points in their careers, giving them the resources, role models, mentors and contacts which contribute to career success.

Initiatives for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the Middle East

1) Working with our local community

Healthcare and Education (donating blood, malaria drive in Africa, dress in pink (cancer awareness), Injaz, scholarships, employment simulation )

Charitable support initiatives (care packages and iftar meals, financial support for schools, orphans, running for charity)

Putting our knowledge to work (pro bono for Make a wish foundation, over 3,500 hrs of skilled volunteer , c2,000 of general volunteering)

Developing talent (Falcon, MyWy, Coaching, technical training – Advisory University this summer, global mobility)
