PRESS RELEASE WOLTERS KLUWER TRANSPORT SERVICES opens an office in Brazil and accelerates its development in South America Wolters Kluwer Transport Services extends its activity in South American markets Adriano Garcia joins WKTS as Brazil and Latin America Business Developer WOLTERS KLUWER TRANSPORT SERVICES (WKTS), a leading developer and integrator of Transport Management Software (TMS), offered on the web, for all the transport and logistics professionals, began a new stage in its international expansion with the opening of an office in Sao Paulo Brazil. This new location in addition to those existing in Europe, North America and Asia, is part of the strategy of WKTS to continue its coverage of major global markets in "logistics and transportation" in order to better serve its customers both international and local. The responsibility of WKTS development in Brazil and throughout Latin America has been given to Adriano Garcia, Business Development Manager. Adriano Garcia has a long experience in the Logistics and Transportation Industry (Kuehne+Nagel, DB Schenker, Geodis, Panalpina). The new office offers the opportunity to WKTS to accompany its clients in the deployment of its solutions on their Brazilian sites and more broadly in all countries of the South American continent. Several customers of WKTS, like Lhoist (Mining industry), AGC (Glass industry), Caterpillar (Machinery and Equipments) and Invista (Chemical Industry) are already using WKTS-Transwide solutions in their Brazilian sites. This new entity also represents a tremendous opportunity to make known WKTS and to sell its range of transportation management software and business expertise in the Brazilian market, where many companies are currently seeking to optimize their supply chain. Brazil and accelerates its development in South America

WOLTERS KLUWER TRANSPORT SERVICES (WKTS), a leading

developer and integrator of Transport Management Software

(TMS), offered on the web, for all the transport and logistics

professionals, began a new stage in its international expansion with

the opening of an office in Sao Paulo Brazil. This new location in

addition to those existing in Europe, North America and Asia, is part

of the strategy of WKTS to continue its coverage of major global
