> PUBLIC NOTICESProposed Easement over Council Land known as Volume 6674 Folio 184 Montague Street, North WollongongCouncil is proposing to grant an Easement to Access by Foot over the portion of Council-owned community land known as Volume 6674 Folio 184 Montague Street, North Wollongong shown shaded black on the map below. The University of Wollongong has constructed a bridge over the creek in Puckey Avenue which crosses this portion of Council’s land.Pursuant to Chapter 6 Part 2 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council is required to advertise this proposal as it is located on community land. Written submissions on this proposal should quote Council’s reference number IW-005.08.038 and be sent to the address shown on this page by Wednesday 11 March 2015.
Project Grant Funding – ClubGRANTS The ClubGRANTS Scheme is a shared State Government – Club Industry Program. It’s funded by a 2.25 per cent gaming machine tax rebate provided by the State Government to those registered Clubs with gaming machine profi ts in excess of $1 million per annum. Projects in the following categories could qualify for Category 1 funding: community welfare and social services; community development; community health services or employment assistance activities. The Clubs NSW website www.clubsnsw.com.au contains information about how to apply for funding.
