Hello and welcome to Wolford College Library! The Library is an important resource that you will access regularly throughout all your semesters at Wolford College. The services the library provides to Wolford's students, faculty, and staff include access to electronic databases and resources, interlibrary loan of journal articles, media borrowing, arrangements for reciprocal library borrowing, and access to clinical facilities research materials.

There are physical materials available in the library to reserve and check-out. Our strength lies in our extensive journal collections. The most utilized databases at this time are DynaMed, OVID and PubMed although there are many more to choose from.

REFERENCE & RESEARCH RESOURCES

The video Library is a wealth of knowledge and a great resource 24/7. Let me mention a few things to keep in mind: When clicking a video of interest it may appear that the video is loading, if this happens just click on the arrow within the revolving circle for the presentation to start. You may find it helpful to download presentations to your device to view or to listen to offline. To do this right click on the presentation download, click on save link as and save to your device. Students have found this useful to view on their cell phones, or other devices while waiting for appointments or to listen to while on a road trips.

REFERENCE & RESEARCH RESOURCES

As long as we are talking about Reference and research resources, I want to give you a quick fyi on Moodle. The information that is available under a course in Moodle is only available during the semester that you are taking the course. With this in mind you may want to save presentations to your device that will assist you in future classes or for studying for exams.
