WOC 2018 SPONSORS - Shipping Do’s & Don’ts Courier Shipments (IMPORTANT) Courier companies – such as TNT, UPS, FedEx and DHL – deliver door to door. They are not obliged to deliver the goods to your stand. INTERFLOW can take care of receipt, storage and delivery of your courier shipment and deliver this to your stand at the designated time. Address your shipment to INTERFLOW. Then you are sure that your shipment will be delivered to your stand. Please send us the written order, together with a copy of the transport document on which the shipment number, hall and stand number are stated. If we receive a shipment that is addressed to INTERFLOW, but we haven’t received a written order, we will deliver the shipment as soon as we receive the written order. General information: • Small courier shipments: Small parcels approximately weight 15kgs per box. • Medium size shipments: Pallets or Crates up 1000kgs per unit • Oversize shipments: Applies to a single exhibit in excess of 1000kgs and 5 cubic meters that requires a forklift for installation. • The handling of your shipment will be charged as per the SPONSOR REDUCED TARIFF • Please use the correct shipping lables provided • Please send a full pre advise by completing the attached material handling form. Do’s 1. We recommend to use the advance cargo receiving warehouse. This gives you a 15- day window for delivery and will help avoid lost or delayed shipments. Goods will be delivered from the warehouse to your stand. 2. We recommend you use the pre-printed labels provided by Interflow to guarantee delivery. 3. We recommend that all goods must be fully insured with all risk coverage. Insurance can be provided upon request. We regret that we can take no responsibility for goods after delivery to stand regardless if the exhibitor is present or not. 4. We recommend you to use the services of Interflow Logistics or one of our trusted agents who offer door-to-door by either ROADFREIGHT, AIRFREIGHT or OCEANFREIGHT from origin up to your stand.

Do’s

Don’ts

1. Weadvisenottoshipsmallparcelsandpalletsdirecttovenuepriortothebuild-updayastheywillnotbereceived.Youmayreceivegoodsonthebuildupdayonly.

2. Weadvisenottouseacourierservice(UPS,Fedex,DHL)forshippingyourgoodsto

thevenue.Incaseyoumustuseacourier,pleasebesuretosendit(DDP)DutiesPrePaid.Thevenuewillnotacceptanycouriersentdirectlytostand.Incaseyoudecidetousecouriershipmentspleaseconsultustoobtainourofficeaddress–afeewillapply

3. Donotsendanyshipmentwithoutsendingusafullpreadvise.Informationshould

include:exhibitorname,contactdetails,trackingnumber,numberofpieces,weightanddimensions.
