WASTE MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH (WM&R), the official journal of the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA), will publish a prestigious World Congress 2015 Special Issue, containing the best papers of the this world-leading Congress, attended by delegates from all over the planet.
The papers published in the Special Issue will be available online and can be downloaded for free, so that authors will be able to distribute their paper widely. The Special Issue will receive special promotion through various SAGE and ISWA media and be included in the index of major databases such as Web of Science, Scopus and the Special Issues index on the Waste Management & Research home page. These best papers will also be presented in the WM&R Special Session during the congress and the print version distributed to all the over 1000 participants attending the congress. As well as all delegates, all ISWA members and WMR subscribers will receive the special issue.

All submitted manuscripts will undergo the ordinary peer-review procedure of WM&R. Quick response times will be guaranteed in order to secure publication on time. Manuscripts with favorable review results will be considered for publication in the Special Issue.
If you wish to have your paper included in the ISWA World Congress 2015 Special Issue, along with submitting your abstract to the Congress on-line system by 11th December 2014, please submit your paper to the Waste Management & Research online submission system by January 31st 2015 at the latest.

1. Format requirements and standards: Manuscript must be written in clear plain English and must meet the WM&R quality standards and format requirements.
