Where items are in stock and where payment is made, your order should be packed and despatched within 48 hours. Themajority of orders are delivered within 1-3 working days but please allow up to 7 working days to receive your goods. Iffor any reason an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as possible. Ifyou have order multiple items, we will only despatch your order when we have all the items your ordered in stock.

If you require a specific date or urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do what we can to rush it to you.

Express Delivery is available for items being sent to mainland UK addresses. Orders must be placed by telephone before2pm to guarantee next day delivery. An extra charge will apply. Saturday delivery is not available.

Orders for non UK Mainland and BFPO’s are charged at cost. Please contact us for a quotation prior to placing yourorder. Additional delivery time should be taken into account when placing non UK orders.

Unless faulty or damaged, goods must be returned unused in their original condi-tion and packaging. Please ensure goods are well packed as we can not refund items lost or damaged in transit.
