“Trafford Housing Trust Developments Ltd. created a JV Structure with Wates Living Space for the development of Stonebrook, a 62 home development in Timperley, Trafford. The LLP appointined Wates Construction to undertake the build and appointed AG to oversee the “open book” castings, programme and deliver of the build. lease terms.

The Services of an Expert Witness are

required to provide statements of facts

and opinions impartially on matters of

contemplation of legal proceedings.
