1. Within target rate - 0.05-0.07ML/s2. Growth temp (250°C) near another

sp intensity max (main one at 300°C)

3. Slower growth rate does not significantly affect sp intensity (091 and 094)

4. Intensity (spikes) consistent with 2s “relaxation time” (shutter closed)

derivatives, and prediction?

1. Programmed for 12ML/12ML bilayer w/o repeat

2. “count button” started around 1st intensity min

3. Input match ksa output

Resolved issues:

4. Does not count min5. No more sporadic 0s in input

Unresolved/new issues:

6. Over count most max (red dashed lines) Why doesn’t “wait time” (set at 2s) kick in? What is it?Layer counting steps (red steps in “Digital Stat”) are all less than 2s.

7. Miss some intensity max/slope crossing (gray dashed lines)

8. Col11 (time of last counted ML) is mostly 0s – OK since not used

Possible solutions:

9. Need to have a real wait time after each “count” – i.e. turn “count” off right after each ML count and turn it back on after the wait time

10. Must count when “slope” goes from pos to neg (crossing) – i.e. this condition needs to be added

When “predicted time” (col6) coincides that for the slope crossing (col4), the layer counting is done precisely, so this part should remain
