OUR BEST YEAR EVER
2016-2017 ANNUAL REPORT
Together, We Are More
With Your Help...
Mission
Vision
Since 1975, Meals On Wheels of Tampa has been committed to fullling the mission of nourishing, enriching, and strengthening the lives of our homebound and senior community.
To eliminate hunger, isolation, and loss of independence for the homebound and seniors in our community.
Dear Friends,The generosity of each of you, our donors, in supporting this mission is both inspiring and incredible! Thank you!!!
Your ongoing support enables Meals On Wheels of Tampa to continue to care every day for the homebound, disabled, and elderly of our community. The nutritious meal, the friendly visit, and the daily safety check are all made possible by your gifts and donations, helping our recipients cope with three of the biggest threats of aging: hunger, isolation, and the loss of independence. Put simply, we couldn’t do what we do without your help! Thank you!
Our greatest strength as an organization lies in people like you who willingly come together to make a dierence in the lives of those in need. Together, we can, and we will, continue to nourish the body, enrich the spirit, and strengthen our community, one senior at a time.
Meals On Wheels of Tampa has a vision to create a community where no senior or homebound neighbor will ever hunger for food, compassion or companionship. With your help, we believe we will get there!
Together, We Are More.
With grateful hearts,

Meals On Wheels of Tampa serves over 750 seniors and homebound neighbors each day with a hot, fresh, nutritious meal delivered directly to their doorstep. Many of the individuals we serve are frail, have limited ability to purchase or prepare meals, and have little or no support from family or caregivers. Proper nutrition is important for us all, but it’s vital for our seniors- many who are aging alone and managing chronic diseases. Together, with your help, we nourish and enrich the lives of our homebound and senior community.
The promise of a daily meal can make all the dierence.
