WITH LOVE TO ALL AND MALICE TOWARDS NONE
An Ex-serviceman’s 17 years of struggle for justice and still on
Sir, Please spare a few minutes of your valuable time!
Where he has to go, when a victim of injustice is abandoned even by Top Offices?
If all offices are functioning properly,
why would people approach the hon PMO?
What else is needed to give justice, when the company appointed committee itself has given verdict in victims favor?
Shouldn’t the PSU return victim’s dues after its
Ex-employee withdraws Criminal Case against them?
Don’t our Top Offices deserve better staff To deal and forward petitions to correct address at least?
Still this victim hopes, there may be someone,
who can see the truth and help him.
Persons interested in helping this poor victim financially or to get justice may please write to:

Sub: My Petition to hon President possibly wrongly forwarded to you Prasanna <[email protected]> May 25. 2017
Kind attn: Shri Paramesh Pandey IAS, ACS JSP DPAR
Respected Sir,
I had made a petition to the hon President's office about some injustice committed to
me by the New India Assurance Co Ltd., Mumbai -23. I had requested the
President's office to take up with the New India Assurance Co Ltd., Mumbai-23
Now the hon President's office has reportedly forwarded the petition to you (copied
below) for necessary action. Your Jana Spandana site clearly says that it deals only
with rural people's problems, hence you may not be able to help me.
In view of the above, I think my petition may have been inadvertently forwarded to you.
If my presumption is correct, I request you to kindly reply to
[email protected] stating that it doesn't pertain to your department and
wrongly sent to you, with a copy to me.
I shall be grateful for your kind reply to me and for an early necessary action.
With Most Respectful Regards, Sir
Prasanna

QUESTION REMAINS, WHY OUR BABUS CAN’T WRITE TO THE CMD NIACL TO REPAY MY DUES WHEN INJUSTICE IS PROVED BY
ALL DOCUMENTS, COURTS, AND EVEN THE PSU’S OWN OFFICE INQUIRY REPORT ?

Dt. 30-08-2017 For Favor of Kind attn of : Shri Sanjay Kothari Secretary to the Hon President of India

New Delhi [email protected]
Respected Sir,
I beg to submit that I am an Ex-serviceman and a Sr. Citizen struggling for justice from a PSU
for the past 17 years.
After hearing a lot about your extra ordinary performances at various offices and as Chairman
PSEB, my hopes of getting justice are rekindled. Kindly forgive me for intruding in your busy
schedule. Since the previous team failed to give me justice or a logical end to this issue, I had
to write to again and bother your kind self now.
Instead of forwarding my petition to the CMD, New India Assurance Co Ltd., Mumbai, to
implement their own inquiry report, my petition was wrongly sent to the ‘Rural Grievance Cell
of Karnataka Govt’ by your office to close the grievance.
All my friends and well wishers were aghast that they can’t imagine such a lapse by the Top
Offices of the Country, that too at this challenging juncture and asked me to write again as
most efficient officers like your good self are there now. So I am writing again now.
The PSU caused poverty to me and it is becoming acute every passing day. So, I humbly
pray at your feet to kindly resolve this grievance by using your enormous powers, as you are
one of the most reputed top ranking IAS officers of the country, and for which act of kindness,
my entire dependent family and I will be grateful throughout our lives.
Details of my unsolved grievance is as follows.
Registration Number : PRSEC/E/2017/04867 Name : PRASANNA Date of Receipt : 18 Apr 2017 With Most Respectful Regards, Sir, I remain Yours sincerely,
